Every job begins with an accurate estimate of costs. A comprehensive site survey is undertaken to familiarise Diverse Shopfitters staff with the site. Based on the design specification and information collected in the site survey, our estimating team can commence initial pricing.
Long standing relationships with trades and material suppliers mean that we are able to negotiate the best rates. Our experienced estimators are able to identify potential issues at the early stages of any project and provide workable solutions within your budget.
With the site survey complete and materials confirmed the final pricing drawings are created. These pricing drawings form the basis of an accurate estimate which is submitted for client approval.
Once the estimate has been approved, the job progresses to our setout department where the drawings are converted into cut lists and CNC patterns for manufacturing.
Simultaneously, trades and essential services are booked and all materials are ordered. Our systems allow for multiple stages of your project to be completed at once, maximising efficiency and shortening lead times.
Throughout the project, your allocated Project Manager and Site Supervisor will coordinate the various trade suppliers and deliveries to site. Your Project Manager will conduct regular site meetings and be in communication with you to keep you informed on the progress of the fitout.
When the project reaches practical completion, a handover meeting will be arranged on site to review the work carried out. Comprehensive documentation and “as built” drawings are supplied as a reference for any future development.
